Job description

As our E-commerce & Marketplace Executive, you'll be instrumental in expanding our online presence and driving commercial growth in Singapore market. This hands-on role encompasses managing all e-commerce operations from optimizing product listings to executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns. You'll analyze data to continuously enhance the online shopping experience, directly contributing to increased revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage e-commerce platforms including Boxgreen website, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Fairprice Online.
Optimize product listings, content, and promotions to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor platform analytics and customer behavior to improve the online shopping experience.
Coordinate with operations to manage stock levels and ensure product availability.
Develop and implement promotional mechanics such as bundles, vouchers, and discounts.
Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and grow online revenue.
Work with platform partners to secure campaign slots, promotional opportunities, and favorable terms.
Track campaign effectiveness and refine strategies using performance data.
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
Report on KPIs with actionable insights for continuous improvement
Support customer service operations related to e-commerce orders and inquiries.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce space.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all ecommerce marketplaces and platforms.
Any other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2-3 years of proven E-commerce Marketing experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
Proficient in data analysis with a good grasp of web analytics and platform dashboards.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, with availability for regular in-person team meetings.
