\nThe Director of HRIS is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems, including core HR platforms (e.g., UKG), Learning Management Systems (Relias), and related technology. This role is pivotal in driving HR digital transformation, ensuring system integrity, compliance, and aligning technology solutions with the mission of delivering high-quality behavioral health services.
\nThis individual will collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, Compliance, and clinical leadership to support data-driven decision-making and optimize the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.

Location: New Bedford
Education/Experience: Minimum of Bachelor's in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field and 3+ years of progressive experience in HRIS.
Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 a year
Status: Full Time; Monday to Friday
