Job description

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Sales Success Partner to join our Partner & Broker team based in Sydney.

This role supports our Sales team in driving customer success and service performance across a portfolio of key accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and helping sales teams operate at their best. Whether you are coming from a sales, admin, or customer-facing background, this could be your next big step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of account activities including reporting, contract renewals and tenders

  • Maintain accurate customer records and hierarchies in CRM

  • Prepare service performance and customer reports (DIFOT, KPIs etc.)

  • Manage service-related escalations and coordinate timely resolution

  • Provide insights and analytics to support account managers and sales strategy

  • Assist with rate reviews, onboarding, and customer data requests

  • Help drive efficiency through improved reporting and internal collaboration

  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene including accurate contact and activity records

About You
You’re proactive, organised, and customer-focused. You enjoy improving processes and empowering others to succeed. You're equally comfortable managing details and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

We’re looking for:

  • Experience in sales support, account coordination, admin, or customer service

  • Strong Excel and reporting skills (Salesforce ideal but not required)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

  • Tenacity, resilience, and a problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

  • A team player who takes initiative and ownership
