Job description

Job Summary
You will manage and implement compensation and benefits for employees working predominantly from a remote work structure. You will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll implementation across geographical areas. Be instrumental in automation of the HR Ops., and in streamlining HRIS. You will be responsible for designing a value creating Benefits program for the remote workforce and for building best practices in C&B.

Job Objectives
  • Manage all C&B Operations with accuracy and within SLA’s
  • Be able to create, manage, analyze, report the entire Human Capital costs and Benefits Structure of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Compensation & Payroll Management
  • End to end responsibility of payroll processing and payout to employees within SLA and with accuracy.
  • Manage the employee separation process, payout of Full & Final Settlement within set SLA.
  • Supervise the leave & attendance records and reports for accuracy, manage escalation cases.
  • Prepare and issue accurate job offers/agreements and ensure end to end closure of the offer.
  • Handle salary negotiations with candidates during offer stage and suggest requisite recommendations.
  • Meet all statutory compliance for compensation practices at iHorizons and follow the legal rules & labor laws of the countries where iHorizons operate.
Benefits Management
  • Propose and implement cost efficient employee benefits plans that best suit the iHorizons’ workforce.
  • Handle all elements of benefits administration including vendor management, employee queries and escalations.
  • Recommend and administer employee perks etc.
HRIS
  • Support in the planning and implementation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and own migration of payroll and related modules to the new HRIS.
  • Maintain and administer the current HRIS system accurately.
  • Process leaves, attendance and working hours and geographic holidays on the HRIS.
Analytics & Dashboards
  • Prepare and provide all Human capital cost reports to Finance as per SLA’s.
  • Prepare and provide budget apportionments to Business Units.
  • Prepare and provide actual & variance reports.
  • Periodical analysis of reports on salary payout trends and patterns.
  • Prepare and provide Expense reports.
  • Maintain extensive control over Master Data to provide adhoc reports.
C&B Practice Improvements
  • Develop and implement best practices in C&B including creation of job grades, job evaluation and salary bands.
  • Periodically conduct salary surveys and propose C&B changes.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration studies is highly preferred.
Previous Work Experience
  • Min 5 years of experience in a C&B focused role.
  • A minimum of overall 7-8 Years’ experience in HR roles (closely working with C&B).
  • Candidates with experience in the IT industry or related industries with knowledge workers is preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in managing multi-country C&B operations is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of any HRIS systems. Candidates with experience in Microsoft HR module are highly desirable.
Skills and Abilities
  • Expert level in MS Excel and mid-level expertise in other MS office modules.
  • Ability to be a team player, who can step into a fast paced and timebound deliverables.
  • Ability to work with numbers and still be compassionate while addressing questions, issues, and escalations.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and manage in the absence of key team members.
  • Knowledge and implementation of variables pay options.
  • Knowledge of legal rules and labor laws of the country of hire, with the ability to quickly learn the rules & laws of the other countries where iHorizons has its operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS.
  • Analytical Skills.
