We are looking for a Workplace Manager to join our team in Bratislava! In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our office while also providing essential people administrative support. 

Responsibilities 

  • Ensure excellent workplace experience and manage facility and security matters, reception desk, acting as a liaison with the landlord, building service, and overseeing CCTV operations. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for service providers related to office maintenance (cleaning, food service, greenery, archive, telco, etc.). 
  • Procure office supplies, equipment, mobile phones, furniture, and promotional materials. 
  • Organize key on-site meetings and coordinate company events and employee benefits. 
  • Support business trips by arranging accommodations, transport, and meeting logistics. 
  • Ensure health, safety, and security standards, including OHS, fire drills, first aid training. 
  • Lead Wellbeing & Green Office initiatives, including seasonal office decorations. 
  • Support company branding initiatives, create and manage social media content. 
  • Assist in recruitment by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and conducting initial candidate screenings. 
  • Collaborate with the People Partner to support employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration experience.

  • Experienced in office administration in a fast-paced setting. 
  • Resourceful and capable of ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in office operations. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram).

The starting salary
is 1,800 EUR gross monthly. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering your skills and experience.
