Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our growing Global Business Solutions Center. The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing the company's compensation and benefits system, as well as controlling HR and managing performance. The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will join the HR Team, which consists of seven people reporting directly to the Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive design, coordination, and development of the corporate benefits system
  • Compensation analysis and proposal development, coordination of related projects
  • Providing regular reports and insights to the Head of HR
  • Management and development of a job assignment system (knowledge of KornFerry methodology is an advantage)
  • Preparation of staff turnover analyses and proposals
  • Introduction of a culture of data-driven HR decisions
  • Supervision and optimisation of the cafeteria system
  • Planning, monitoring, and analysis of the annual HR budget and its return on investment
  • Participation in strategic HR projects

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related business field
  • Min. 5 years of relevant HR work experience with a compensation and benefit focus
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of HR systems and KornFerry compensation benchmark
  • Experience with the Workday platform
  • Knowledge of performance management systems
  • Confident in MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent data visualization skills
  • Self-starter, precise, and responsible
  • Proactive and solution-oriented personality
