Lithia & Driveway | Compensation Analyst

60,000–$65,000 annually
Full-Time | Remote - PST Hours Preferred

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to support our corporate support groups with compensation plan design and analysis that attracts and retains top talent, improves performance, and aligns with our overall business objectives.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Compensation Supervisor, you will:

  • Serve as a key partner to our corporate teams to design compensation plans that:

    • Support company and departmental goals

    • Motivate employees to drive performance

    • Help attract and retain top talent

    • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses using pay plan performance metrics, staffing levels, and productivity data

  • Analyze AOP and department performance reporting to identify trends and opportunities

  • Clearly communicate recommendations to departmental leaders and the executive team

  • Support departmental projects, reporting, and ongoing compensation strategy development
