Junior Partnership Development Consultant (f/m/d)

Purpose of position

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated self-starter to join the Partnership Development team responsible for Italy and Spain at Awin. The main focus is offering an excellent partnership experience and creating new business opportunities. The driving purpose of the team is to act as the bridge for translating central strategy in to well executed localised projects - ensure global consistency, but with projects adapted to fit local requirements combining both advertiser, publisher and Awin platform expertise 

You will have a strong focus on project work on an interdisciplinary and cross-departmental level. We offer a dynamic and collaborative environment, closely interacting with teams throughout the company. In this role you will get the chance to learn about the full lifecycle of projects and initiatives.

Key Tasks

• Collaborate closely with central and global departments to translate and execute projects into the local markets
• Support developing and manage small-or medium-scaled projects including maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and other project relevant documents
• Support the promotion of Awin products and services to advertisers, publishers and strategic partners
• Help to grow the business by identifying & executing business development opportunities 
• Build strong external customer understanding and meet customer needs through collaborative work with your colleagues
• Support the implementation of policies and processes, as well as best practices and share knowledge on project outcomes and innovative practices

As a hard-working member of the team, it is anticipated that you will in time use the skills developed in this role to form a solid basis for upward progression within the company.

Skills & Expertise

• Experience in assisting managing projects
• First experience in a sales or business development environment would be an advantage
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite
• First work experience in online marketing / affiliate marketing is an advantage
• Talent for sales and communication with a customer-centric mindset
• Flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and support projects simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of actionable recommendations) 
• Focused on detail and quality, while maintaining a positive and pragmatic approach
• Excellent written and spoken Italian skills, very good written and spoken English skills, Spanish would be an advantage
