- Strong experience across Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic
- Design, implement, train, consult, be the point of expertise, pitching, etc. in client & team conversations on biddable strategies for a diverse existing and new client portfolio in the MENA region. Deep understanding of the biddable advertising ecosystem: activation platforms, tagging, measurement, data providers, DMP/CDP, etc. is required
- Ensure campaigns are hitting their KPIs by providing optimisation guidance and support with troubleshooting
- Work on Quarterly Business Reviews
- Lead on cross-functional digital projects such as data partnerships, attribution, modelling DCO, etc.
- 4+ years proven experience within Paid Social/Paid Search/Programmatic
- Experience from a digital marketing agency is mandatory
- Strong relationship builder and the ability to design biddable strategies
- Innovative mind with an entrepreneurial approach
- Critical thinker and problem-solving attitude
- Strong leadership, connects a team, motivates the team to produce at their best
- Good at time management
- Pays attention to details with analytical, communicative and presentative skills, both verbally and in writing
- Possess a strong understanding of tracking ecosystems (MMP, Analytics360, Campaign Manager)
- Extra plus: FB Blueprint, SA360 & DV360, Campaign Manager certifications
