\r\nJOB DESCRIPTION
\r\n
\r\nThe Senior Technical Recruiter will execute full cycle search activities to source, qualify and close candidates for our Distribution Centers and Bulk Warehouses. In an advisory capacity, you will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to fill open roles within time to fill goals. You will report to Director, Talent Acquisition and will work in a hybrid capacity out of Lake Forest, IL or Chicago, IL.

\r\nYou Will:
\r\nConduct intake discussions with Hiring Managers and offer consulting on the job market, the interview and hiring process
\r\nCreate customized search strategy with Hiring Manager including target candidate profiles, job postings and social media marketing
\r\nBuild candidate generation and sourcing strategies for 15-25 requisitions at any given time
\r\nImprove recruiting processes by sharing best practices, and new recruiting tools and methodologies with the Talent Acquisition team
\r\nLead efforts to help grow our talent pipeline through directly sourcing candidates, networking, and developing partnerships with diversity and specialty groups
\r\nMaintain knowledge of compensation offerings, benefits, salary structures and long-term incentive plans for potential candidates
\r\nNegotiate compelling offer packages to close candidates
\r\n
\r\nYou Have:
\r\nFull cycle talent acquisition experience in the technical space; preferably 5 or more years
\r\nExpertise in all sourcing methods including LinkedIn recruiter, social media, networking, and experience with diversity sourcing
\r\nKnowledge of local regulatory compliance and employment law
\r\nExperience building credibility with hiring managers and using market knowledge to advise on talent strategy
\r\nProficiency using an Applicant Tracking system, common desktop applications, and social media usage. Experience with SuccessFactors
\r\nBA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
