Senior Recruiter based in India that will lead India and Poland Recruitment. 80% of the role will support India and the other 20% Poland.

Key items:
  • Technology experience – specifically DevOps, Engineering

Summary of Position
In your role as a Senior Recruiter, you will leverage your talent acquisition expertise to bring stellar engineering, healthcare tech, and G&A professionals. Your creativity, contacts, and keen technical insight will help fulfill our client's mission during this time of exponential growth.
This role will serve as the lead recruiter for India and Poland, partnering closely with local and global stakeholders to build a consistent, scalable recruiting strategy across these regions. The ideal candidate will bring experience recruiting across both technical functions (e.g., software engineering, DevOps, data) and G&A teams (e.g., finance, HR, legal, operations).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary recruiter for India and Poland, overseeing end-to-end recruitment for roles in both regions
  • Partner with hiring managers and People team colleagues in India and Poland to ensure alignment with local hiring needs, timelines, and talent market nuances
  • Identify, source, and engage candidates from both technical and G&A functions using innovative sourcing strategies
  • Present opportunities to candidates in a compelling, irresistible way
  • Maintain and grow a far-reaching network of contacts, developing strong personal/professional relationships
  • Assist hiring managers in closing on prime candidates quickly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting cycle, providing regular and timely status updates and answers
  • Provide a world-class experience for every candidate
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company staffing needs and the functional expertise required to succeed in both technical and G&A positions
  • Review, pre-screen, and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
  • Expand and enhance the employer brand, as well as the visibility/reach of job posts, including in global markets
  • Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, and reports
  • Provide market research to support candidates and geographic profiling to guide recruiting, particularly for India and Poland
  • Negotiate compensation packages in partnership with People Operations and Total Rewards
  • Assist with documenting and tracking opportunities and candidates
  • Conduct reference checks as needed
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of demonstrated recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of recruiting success across both technical functions (engineering, DevOps, data, etc.) and G&A functions (finance, HR, legal, etc.)
  • Experience recruiting across international markets, preferably including India and/or Poland
  • Creative and proactive approaches for finding and attracting top talent
  • Ability to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external talent
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment data/reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural collaboration
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with strong time management and urgency
  • Awareness of confidentiality standards, compliance, and global employment/labor laws
  • Passion for teamwork and driving aligned hiring outcomes across functions and regions
