Job description

The Passenger Services Account Manager is responsible for assisting existing customers’ inbound requests for run-rate and new orders within the Passenger Services Tier contractor space.  This individual will be well versed with Zonar’s offerings and unique pricing models to create opportunities, quotes, RFI, and order requests in CRM.  This position will need to interact with the customers to gain the relevant details to execute the order requests.

This position will drive business processes, manage heavy transaction workloads with keen attention to detail. This position will be responsible for providing customer-centric services, sales process and participating in building a results-driven culture to achieve company overall revenue and margin goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact:  

  • Provide dedicated support for named PAX Contractors Enterprise
  • Build quotes, RFI, orders for named PAX Contractors accounts
  • Effectively collaborate directly with the customer to gain key information to fully process quotes and orders.
    1. Asset list
    2. Installation requirements
    3. Post sale follow-up
    4. Etc.
  • Has the ability to understand complex pricing matrix and differentiate the different structures of PAX Contractors Enterprise customers
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure client retention and growth including but not limited to Sales, Client Experience, and Marketing teams.
  • A creative idea generator with confidence and persuasiveness required to sell innovative Zonar services in order to meet customer objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing, high-growth environment.
  • Support Zonar’s vision through ownership and accountability for overall sales and profitability.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans that identify sales opportunities for new and existing customers.
