Job description

A fast-growing SaaS platform in the HR tech space is looking for a driven and ambitious SDR to join as the first dedicated sales hire. Working directly with the CEO, you’ll be responsible for generating outbound leads and building a pipeline of enterprise clients across a range of industries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new enterprise opportunities through outbound channels

  • Execute high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events

  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings with the CEO

  • Track and manage leads using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Stay informed on industry trends and tailor outreach accordingly

  • Contribute to developing effective account strategies to increase conversions



Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success generating enterprise-level leads

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident, self-motivated, and proactive approach

  • Organised and capable of managing multiple conversations and follow-ups

  • Familiar with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus

  • Interest in technology, business development, and enterprise markets
