A fast-growing SaaS platform in the HR tech space is looking for a driven and ambitious SDR to join as the first dedicated sales hire. Working directly with the CEO, you’ll be responsible for generating outbound leads and building a pipeline of enterprise clients across a range of industries.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new enterprise opportunities through outbound channels
Execute high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events
Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings with the CEO
Track and manage leads using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Stay informed on industry trends and tailor outreach accordingly
Contribute to developing effective account strategies to increase conversions
What We’re Looking For
Proven success generating enterprise-level leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, self-motivated, and proactive approach
Organised and capable of managing multiple conversations and follow-ups
Familiar with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Interest in technology, business development, and enterprise markets
Fully remote position
