We are currently seeking for an Account Manager to join our TW/HK Commercial Team in Taipei. If you are passionate about science, love working with people, and are motivated by results, we want to hear from you!

This position is part of the TW/HK Commercial Team and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales of our life science products and solutions.

• Identifying new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle leads generation to closing.

• Collaborating closely with marketing, technical support, and service teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.

• Preparing and presenting quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

• Achieving sales targets and reporting regularly on progress and forecasts.

The essential requirements for the role include:

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related field and 5 years of working experience in the fields of instrument sales.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• A current Taiwanese driver's license and ability travel in Taiwan and globally when required.

Preferred qualifications that will make you stand out:

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• TOEIC score above 750 is preferred.
