You'll be at the heart of shaping the culture, systems, and experiences that define working at a multimodal AI startup. As a foundational member of our people team, your vision and execution will directly impact how we attract, grow, and retain exceptional talent—partnering closely with engineering, product, and business leaders.

What a Typical Week Might Look Like

• Building and launching an innovative onboarding program to set our new team members up for immediate success.

• Collaborating closely with department leaders to align organizational design, performance management, and growth strategies.

• Handling sensitive employee relations issues with empathy, confidentiality, and proactive solutions.

• Leading the implementation and management of our HRIS (BambooHR), ensuring seamless workflows and scalable data management.

• Creating and delivering workshops and resources to enhance manager effectiveness and employee development.

• Using data-driven insights to evolve our culture and employee experience as the company rapidly scales.
  

Your Background Looks Something Like

The Essentials:

• 7+ years in HR roles, including at least 2 years in a people management or HRBP leadership role in a high-growth tech environment.

• Proven experience designing and launching core HR systems, programs, and processes from scratch.

• Demonstrated expertise managing HRIS platforms—ideally BambooHR.

• Skilled in coaching managers, resolving sensitive issues, and promoting inclusive, high-performing teams.

• Experience or passion for leveraging AI tools to innovate HR practices and enhance team effectiveness.
