At Hempel we are looking for a Commercial Support Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting our sales force and delivering top-notch service to our distributors and customers throughout the Lead-to-Order process. This role is a fantastic starting point for anyone eager to build a successful career in sales, within the chemical industry and with strong interest in technical environment.
In this role you will prepare and submit specifications and quotations and provide technical and product related support to our customers.
You’ll also play a key role in supporting the rollout and day-to-day use of customer-facing digital tools—like our CPQ system and E-Commerce platform—acting as a local expert to help the team get the most out of these technologies.

Sales Support & Reporting
Prepare and send technical and commercial quotes to customers using tools like CPQ—a platform that helps create accurate, customized quotes quickly and easily.
Analyze tender documents and prepare winning submissions with sales.
Generate FSM orders in CRM from sales instructions.
Customer & Distributor Coordination
Support the E-Commerce onboarding process and act as a Change Ambassador for our colleagues
Serve as a key point of contact for our distributors, providing expert support on product specifications and handling daily inquiries in close collaboration with the sales team.
Help manage new customer projects by gathering needed documents, and tracking progress through regular check-ins with the team and other key stakeholders.
Customer Communication & Documentation
Deliver fast, expert product and technical support via phone and email.
Manage and share essential commercial and technical documents with customers.
Handle the annual customer rebate process efficiently.
Marketing & Quality Assurance
Proofread technical marketing materials with precision.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Based in or near Monterrey, Mexico, and able to work on-site 3 times a week
3+ years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, support, or client-facing roles
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Energetic, flexible, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, global environment
