This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Recruiter to help us in recruiting top talent for GS and their clients, designing, reviewing and implementing the recruitment processes and procedures. Focusing on managing  delivering recruitment programmes, job posting and finding,  interviewing, shortlisting and selecting the right stakeholders when it comes to Job hires, Placement Students, Volunteers, Ambassadors. Utilise our recruitment tool for screening, interviews, calls, questionnaires, tests, assessments and on-boarding/off-boarding processes.

Note: Only full-time applicants will be accepted as the role is not applicable for freelancers & third-party agents

Working hours: 9am - 5pm UK time [Weekdays only]

MAIN ASSIGNMENT

  • Management & delivery of recruitment programmes
  • Recruit top talent, design and implement attraction campaigns
  • Analyse recruitment process performance
  • Drive internal and external recruitment matters
  • Create and publish job specs and job profiling
  • Conduct CV screening, telephone and job interviews
  • Conduct inductions and trainings
  • Participate in job fairs, career fairs and exhibitions
  • Maintain recruitment tracking database and utilise tools to enhance and streamline process
  • Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders

  • Talent solution-oriented on working with underprivileged communities
  • Experience in early career recruitment (5+ years)
  • Knowledge and experience of using recruitment software (Zoho recruit & Recruiterflow)
  • Prior experience of developing recruitment processes either solely or in collaboration
  • Experience supporting or driving recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong management skills
  • Organised and detailed-oriented
  • Can work independently and also as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
