Job Description

At Devoted Health, we recognize that exceptional broker training and resources are essential to the success of our sales organization. As the first point of contact for prospective members, our sales team plays a critical role in shaping the member experience. The National Broker Trainer is responsible for equipping our broker community, both traditional and e-brokers with the knowledge and tools they need to represent Devoted with confidence, consistency, and compliance.
In this role, the trainer will be responsible for the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of broker training programs. This includes regularly facilitating live/virtual training sessions, creating self-paced learning content, and developing reference materials to support broker success. The trainer will work closely with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps, uncover opportunities for engagement, and design targeted training solutions that drive performance and enhance broker effectiveness. This is a high-visibility, strategic role with the opportunity to shape the broker experience and directly influence the success of our sales channels nationwide
Responsibilities will include:
Designing and delivering high-impact training sessions for our national broker audience
Collaborating with sales leaders to assess training needs and broker performance
Creating scalable learning content, including in-person presentations, virtual trainings, and independent learning resources
Identifying training gaps and implementing strategic solutions to close them
Supporting the broker community with tools and resources that promote continued learning and sales excellence
Work with other team members and departments as needed to solve for consistency throughout the organization.
Identify and implement creative solutions to processes to ensure they are as easy as possible for the sales staff to learn and retain.
Create checkpoints throughout the training process.
Develop analysis of broker training needs.

Desired skills and experience:
5 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably supporting Medicare Advantage
5-10 years of experience in a sales position is preferred.
Previous training experience preferred.
Powerpoint, word and spreadsheet skills required
Learning management system skills preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to multitask

The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
