To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in the growth, the company is looking for a Marketplace Business Developer based in Munich.
Requirements
Germany and the DACH region are very strategic for the company and the Seller Business Developer will play a key role in our customers' growth. He/she will support our most strategic clients helping them launch and operate their Marketplace.
He/she will be responsible for:
Training:
· Train the Client Marketplace team to become successful Marketplace Business developers,
· Share Marketplace best-practices and key success factors and make sure there are adopted by the team.
Building:
· Build trust with Clients by supporting them at the operational level,
· Create the most suited toolbox to drive client’s success (lead pipe, monitoring tools, onboarding process...),
Driving:
· Onboard directly key sellers, aggregators or any strategic player to accelerate onboarding sellers,
· Adapt processes to increase seller onboarding conversion rate (mass mailing, cold- calling session ...),
· Provide visibility through a weekly follow-up with clients, partner sponsors / the company
Beyond mastering commercial best-practices, the Marketplace Business Developer will master the platform and ensure best use of its functionalities.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Graduated a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
· Has experience in Marketplace Business Development, Sales or Account Management
· Has strong communication and presentation skills
· Demonstrates autonomy in a growing office
· Has appetite for commercial prospection
· Is a highly business-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
· Speaks German and English fluently
