Job description

Responsibilities:

Manage overall accounting closing process and analyze the financial budget of the company
Plan and control company’s yearly cost and budget
Handle the accounting and financial report to present to CEO
Work and coordinate with external auditor
Manage and lead the accounting team to have well performance and to work efficiently

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master Degree of Accounting or relevant field
Age over 35 years old
Have direct experience working in Property Development/ Real Estate Development
Minimum 3 years experience working as a Manager level
Excellent in Microsoft Office program
