About This Opportunity

Our client is seeking a highly strategic and experienced HR Director to lead and evolve the company’s human resources function. This individual will play a key role in shaping company culture, building systems and teams, and driving talent strategies as the organization scales globally.

Responsibilities

Lead and align HR strategy with company goals and global expansion
Own and optimize recruitment across all departments
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture
Oversee performance management, coaching, and development planning
Design and implement employee training programs and L&D initiatives
Review and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
Ensure full legal compliance across employment and labor regulations
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives company-wide
Support organizational development and change management
Analyze HR metrics and report trends to leadership
