Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition with extensive experience in recruitment and sourcing. This role will involve driving end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and demonstrate the ability to attract talent through strategic sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that include leveraging job boards, social media, professional networks (such as LinkedIn), and industry events to find and engage top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and tailor recruitment strategies to meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Promote and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive hiring landscape.
  •  Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, track recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in recruitment, with a strong focus on senior and mid-level hiring in IT or related sectors.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and support cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices, particularly in IT or tech-driven industries.
