Questex is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the Healthcare and Life Sciences group. This is a specialized SDR role focused on re-engaging churned clients, supporting strategic new business development, and collaborating closely with marketing on targeted lead generation. Unlike our traditional SDR roles that emphasize inbound and outbound prospecting, this position is designed to deepen our pipeline by identifying high-potential lapsed accounts and leading strategic win-back efforts.

The Sales Development Representative will oversee lead development and nurturing for our high-performing media and events portfolios. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to develop business skills and demonstrates self-motivation and drive to win. As our Sales Development Representative, you'll support Questex's success by:

  • Lead churn account re-engagement efforts across media and event portfolios, collaborating with marketing to schedule win-back campaigns and meetings.

  • Support strategic new business development, including dedicated research and outreach aligned with sales leadership priorities.

  • Partner with marketing to develop look-alike prospect lists and run targeted multi-channel campaigns across digital and event-based platforms.

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities within lapsed accounts from the past two years, even those without recent activity or current pipeline.

  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure reactivated leads are seamlessly handed off for further development.

  • Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of win-back and high-value dormant accounts.

Your Experience and Education include:

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in B2B digital media sales

  • Excellent presentation, writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • The ability to be a strong and savvy negotiator

  • A strong sense of organization with strict attention to detail

  • Ability to listen, adapt, and think quickly on your feet

  • The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50K to $65K base plus a revenue incentive plan. Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
