Associate, Growth Marketing

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, data-drivenAssociate, Growth Marketing to support the growth of ShopMy’s B2C creator acquisition efforts. This role is focused on email outreach, sign-ups, and engagement across the creator funnel, working closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to scale our creator community.

You’ll assist in executing email campaigns, analyzing performance data, and identifying new opportunities to grow and engage our creator base. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of hands-on marketing or sales experience who is eager to dive deeper into the creator economy. 

Your Impact to the Role:

• Assist in managing creator acquisition initiatives across new and existing growth marketing channels 
• Generate leads and execute email campaigns targeting new users across existing and exploratory creator verticals. 
• Conduct competitive research and stay up to date on trends within the creator economy
• Help manage internal dashboards and reporting tools to track growth marketing KPIs

What We Are Looking For: 

• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, growth, performance, business development or sales, ideally in a B2C tech, marketplace, or creator-focused company
• Comfortable analyzing data, pulling reports, and using insights to drive decisions
• Strong understanding of cold email outreach best practices. 
• Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills

• Previous experience helping to scale a creator marketing or affiliate program
