The TA Intern will assist with day-to-day operations and provide support to the Talent Acquisition team. The person in this position will also manage email inboxes and outside recruiting portals. Excellent intern opportunity!

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations for the TA team.

  • Provide quality internal and external customer service with the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality, and professionalism

  • Oversee all clerical and administrative support pertaining to Recruitment including:

  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media

  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts

  • Assist teams in screening resumes

  • Schedule calls and interviews

  • Manage calendars for all hiring teams and candidates

  • Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them with any interview issues

  • Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles

  • Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails)

  • Create new hire onboarding packets and assist with the completion of new hire paperwork

  • Generate and distribute periodic HR reports in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Maintain and manage employee files by ensuring all documents are filed correctly

  • Manage documents and storage of files

  • Other duties may be assigned

Our requirements : 

  • Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Business or related area strongly preferred (In process acceptable)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization skills, and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism

  • Excellent interpersonal skills - in person and on telephone

  • Strong organizational/time management skills - detail oriented

  • Demonstrates good judgment skills and decision-making abilities

  • MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the requirements listed above
