Job description

HUB24 leads the wealth industry as the best provider of integrated platform, technology and data solutions. At HUB24, we know the smartest investments start with our people. We are innovative and ambitious, and we move fast.

At HUB24, we empower our employees to bring their ideas and creativity to work. Rather than getting bogged down in bureaucracy and red tape, we build a culture that supports our team members to have a real impact on our business and the success of our customers.

HUB24 Limited is a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: HUB)

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. In this role, you'll lead high-volume recruitment across a range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and high-quality hires at pace. You'll bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and play a key role in driving inclusive, efficient, and commercially sound hiring practices. If you're a confident recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers across the business to deliver high-volume recruitment outcomes with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across various business units - advertising, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
  • Host weekly recruitment check-ins with key stakeholders to align on hiring priorities, pipeline status, and offer approvals.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple channels including job boards, social platforms, and agencies.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience; coaching hiring managers to engage effectively, provide timely feedback, and ensure smooth hiring journeys.
  • Prepare offer paperwork and ensure compliance with internal approval processes and hiring documentation.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture colleagues to support onboarding processes and ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Uphold inclusive hiring practices and actively contribute to building diverse talent pools.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to streamline and elevate the recruitment function.

  • Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within financial services or technology environments.
  • Proven success managing high-volume hiring while maintaining quality of hire and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers across all levels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing across multiple channels.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Extensive experience using ATS and reporting tools.
  • A strong understanding of inclusive hiring practices and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • THE HUB24 STORY  We think creatively and we’re not constrained by traditional thinking or barriers to success. We’re led by experts, realists with ideas, grounded in commercial reality who are bold enough to visualise the future a little differently and to advocate for what matters to our clients. We are here to lead change and are committed to empowering better financial futures for more Australians.
