We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist KR, who provides a wide variety of customer service to customers including order management, customer communications about products etc. Professional & effective sales to support sales department for meet customer satisfaction. Internal coordination with relevant department to on time fulfil customer order and provide good service to customers. This position will be in UPM-Kymmene (Korea), Suwon.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for whole order processing
  • Responsible for daily sales supports (sample, documentation, customer profile…)
  • Responsible customer database
  • Responsible for coordinating cross functions to provide better customer service (Logistic, Sales etc)
  • Responsible for closely communicate with customers such as call, email

Who you are

  • You have College/University degree
  • You have rich inter-person and customer-oriented working experience
  • Your written and spoken language(s) fluency: Korean & Chinese. Able to daily communicate with team in both Korean & Chinese
  • You have basic English reading and writing skills
  • You are good at Microsoft Office software (Word /excel/PPT etc.)
  • You have customer orientation, have ownership, result oriented, openminded, good at communication, renew with courage
