Job description

We currently have a vacancy for a Client Care Associate to come and join our amazing team.  Our aim is to deliver gold standard veterinary care to our patients and with care and dedication to make this a better world for pets.

This is a part-time permanent position working 22.5h per week.

Monday - 12pm - 8p

Thursday - 12pm - 8pm

Friday - 12pm - 8pm

1:3 weekends - Monday and Thursday as non working days before the working weekend

Saturday  8am - 4pm

Sunday  8am - 4pm

Your role and responsibilities 

  • Welcoming all clients and visitors to the hospital
  • Answering telephones and diverting or taking messages ensuring prompt delivery and accurate details.
  • Monitoring practice email and directing enquiries to the relevant department
  • Accurately inputting patient data to the computer system as required
  • Dealing with all general enquiries, explaining procedures in place and making new and follow up appointments.
  • Ensuring that waiting areas, reception and patient toilets are kept clean, tidy and stocked up.
  • Office administration duties to include scanning and filing

Candidate specification

  • Be highly motivated and well organised with the ability to work on their own initiative
  • Have a friendly, welcoming and professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone
  • The ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work.
  • Can support and communicate effectively with clients, vet professionals, and fellow associates
  • Be a team player with the ability to establish positive working relationships.

Our hospital facilities are of the highest quality, including on-site Siemens 64-slice CT, Siemens 1.5T MRI, two in-theatre mobile image intensifiers, two digital radiography rooms, ultrasonography, electro diagnostics, video endoscopy and an extensive range of advanced surgical equipment.

Salary Value: £15,037.45;
