Senior Client Success Manager

We're hiring a Senior Client Success Manager to lead key post-sale relationships and ensure long-term client satisfaction. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor guiding enterprise accounts through onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing strategic growth. What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the entire client journey from onboarding through renewal

  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic, high-value accounts

  • Translate client goals into actionable plans using our AI-driven platform

  • Collaborate with product teams to advocate for user needs

  • Identify and address churn risks while supporting retention metrics

What You Bring:

  • 3–5+ years in customer success or strategic account management

  • Experience working with complex B2B clients across multiple departments

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and troubleshooting skills

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, ideally AI or automation tools

  • Working knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Slack, or Airtable
