Track and report on partner performance, joint pipeline growth, funding utilization, and engagement activities to maintain transparency and optimize collaboration outcomes.
Identify and maximize opportunities through partner programs, funding mechanisms, and collaborative innovation to build differentiated products and extend Rightpoint Global Partner Program’s relevance and revenue in the market.

B.A./BSC
5+ years experience in alliance management, sales or business development roles in a technology or staffing services environment
Strong understanding of digital experience platforms (DXPs), ideally with exposure and expertise in Optimizely
Proven success working in a partner-centric role with a focus on joint go-to-market strategy.
Has a deep background in consulting & digital technologies (AI, ML, Cloud, Generative AI preferred)
Excellent Project and Program Management skills including crafting and executing alliance focused growth strategy in partnership with leadership
Should be a people person with excellent networking and relationship building skills
Attitude of team victory over individual success
Strategic thinker and a facilitator of change with an ability of instilling trust in teams
A self-starter needing minimal management oversight to perform day-to-day responsibilities
Good interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
A hands-on reciprocal style of working and a commitment to being both a teammate and a leader is a must.
