Inviting applications for the role of Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Alliance Engagement Manager: The primary role of the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Alliance Engagement Manager is to serve as the main liaison between our organization and strategic partners in the DXP space, including but not limited to Optimizely, Sitecore, Contentful, etc. This role will focus on building and nurturing strong partner relationships, driving collaborative go-to-market initiatives, exponentially drive incremental revenue and ensuring consistent internal alignment across sales, marketing and delivery teams. 
 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Develop and nurture strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders at strategic DXP partners, including Optimizely, Sitecore, and Contentful, to foster collaboration and mutual growth. 

  • Build and execute joint strategies, business plans, and go-to-market initiatives with strategic partnerships to drive incremental revenue through joint offerings and clearly defined collaborative efforts. 

  • Grow and expand engagement with targeted accounts by driving reselling efforts, developing joint solutions, and increasing overall partner-related revenue.

  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and senior leadership to identify joint opportunities, support account growth, and strengthen pipeline development through co-selling activities.

  • Work with Rightpoint delivery, marketing, and solution architects to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration across all functions, enabling a unified partner engagement strategy.

  • Enhance brand visibility and reputation within the digital experience ecosystem by coordinating joint marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and thought leadership initiatives, including securing speaking engagements and award nominations.

  • Track and report on partner performance, joint pipeline growth, funding utilization, and engagement activities to maintain transparency and optimize collaboration outcomes.

  • Identify and maximize opportunities through partner programs, funding mechanisms, and collaborative innovation to build differentiated products and extend Rightpoint Global Partner Program’s relevance and revenue in the market.

  • Adapt and handle additional tasks and responsibilities as needed or directed.

     
Qualifications Minimum qualifications 
  • B.A./BSC

  • 5+ years experience in alliance management, sales or business development roles in a technology or staffing services environment

  • Strong understanding of digital experience platforms (DXPs), ideally with exposure and expertise in Optimizely

  • Proven success working in a partner-centric role with a focus on joint go-to-market strategy.

  • Has a deep background in consulting & digital technologies (AI, ML, Cloud, Generative AI preferred)

  • Excellent Project and Program Management skills including crafting and executing alliance focused growth strategy in partnership with leadership

  • Should be a people person with excellent networking and relationship building skills

  • Attitude of team victory over individual success

  • Strategic thinker and a facilitator of change with an ability of instilling trust in teams

  • A self-starter needing minimal management oversight to perform day-to-day responsibilities

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence

     
Preferred qualifications 
  • A hands-on reciprocal style of working and a commitment to being both a teammate and a leader is a must.

  • Outstanding communications skills --- written and verbal

  • The ability to guide peers and senior leaders across the business, and to encourage, further and lead team members

  • Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives.

  • Knowledge of partner portals, MDF processes, and vendor engagement tools
