Huff Consulting is actively seeking a B2B Sales Representative to drive growth in the staffing services industry. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. We are looking for someone with a proven sales track record and ready to hit the ground running.
Generate leads and secure new B2B clients in the staffing industry
Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits
Attend Chamber of Commerce events, networking functions, and client meetings
Prepare and present proposals tailored to client staffing needs
Collaborate with internal team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (staffing industry experience preferred)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
Existing book of business or client network strongly preferred
Highly extroverted and confident communicator
Self-driven with strong follow-up and time management skills
Professional presentation and ability to build trust quickly
Willing to attend local events and represent the company with professionalism
