Job description

This is a remote position.

Sales Development Representative


Working Schedule: 
  • Monday - Friday x 8 hours/day
  • Any continental US-time zone (ET, CT, MT, PT)


What You'll Be Doing
We’re looking for a confident, clear-speaking sales development rep (SDR) to reach out to small businesses, introduce them to our service, and explain the value of being featured in one of our lists.

This is an outbound role — you’ll be making cold calls, following up on leads, and helping business owners understand how we can help them stand out. You won’t need to close deals yourself — your job is to start the conversation and hand off qualified leads to our account managers.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to small business owners (plumbers, roofers, contractors, etc.)
  • Introduce the client’s service in a clear and conversational way
  • Explain the benefits of being featured in a top list
  • Identify interested and qualified prospects
  • Schedule appointments for our account managers
  • Track your calls and results in our CRM
  • Hit weekly targets for calls and qualified leads


Requirements
