We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Partners Compliance Operations Specialist to join our team!

What will you be doing?

  • Perform compliance review on Partner website
  • Managing the communication with other internal departments around changes needed on Partner’s sites to comply with eToro policies 
  • Overall Partner monitoring and oversight including updating Partner accounts
  • Work in collaboration with Compliance teams to achieve Partner adherence to CySEC, FCA, ASIC requirements
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to various stakeholders; Maintain accurate records of tasks 
  • Evaluate existing systems controls adequacy, report deficiencies and provide recommendations to improve both the systems and operations

Requirements

  • Work experience with Partner processes is a plus
  • Familiarity with AML and Compliance principles
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Advantage) 
  • Excel knowledge
  • Team player attitude detailed oriented and able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Understanding of the global online marketing industry
  • Familiarity with online traffic, websites
