SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST
SHIFT HOURS: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
SHIFT DAYS: Monday-Friday

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Property Management team. This remote role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to tenant emails and follow up as necessary
  • Contact tenants for missing signatures or required documentation
  • Communicate with housing agencies regarding move-ins and move-outs
  • Save and update documents, including updating databases, documents
  • Send documents to appropriate teams (legal, accounting, vendors)
  • Track and record payments; identify and report any discrepancies
  • Maintain digital files using proper naming and organization practices
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Support documentation and coordination of special projects
  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute to process improvement efforts
