About the Role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to join our fast-growing Ecomerce Sales team. You'll play a key part in our mission to simplify tax compliance for large enterprise companies and multi-nationals worldwide.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing our users with an outstanding customer experience - it is part of our mission to make Taxually users feel satisfied with our toolkit and service
  • Supporting clients with the onboarding via email, phone and chat
  • Making sure our clients know how to register
  • Collaborating with other departments
  • Guide clients through various platforms

  • Native / Professional written & spoken Slovak/Czech and English language is essential, and one (or more) additional language would be an asset (German)
  • A customer-first mindset — you love solving problems and building relationships
  • Ability to break down complex topics and explain them simply
  • Prior, remote customer service experience (phone, email, chat)
  • Proactive communication and strong organizational skills
