Job description

We are looking for a Casino Operations Manager to join a start-up casino brand, which is growing rapidly , on a fully remote basis (you work full-time on a B2B contract).

The day-2-day functionalities of the casino, like support and payments, are managed directly via the platform. Your team members are working with driving traffic to the brand and work remotely, just like you do. The essence of your role is to analyse and strategise with the aim to enhance the overall performance of the casino.

Role and Responsibilities  

  • Take full ownership for the Casino’s performance
  • Using your experience, historical data and the aspirations agreed upon with the UBOs, you will create a roadmap for the growth of the Casino
  • Assess current market-share and profitability and present plans to improve on ROI
  • Assess the market to find new avenues (jurisdictions) to target with BD
  • Collaborate closely with fully remote colleagues
  • Manage relationships with external consultants
  • Commmunicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on features, functionalities, deadlines
  • Constantly engage in competitor analysis

  • Experience of successfully managing crypto & fiat online Casinos
  • In-depth understanding of igaming operations in general
  • Fluent communication skills in English
  • Strong business acumen
  • Extreme wish to succeed, ”losing is not an option”-mentality
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritise and find ways to automate / effectivise processes
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Responsible and responsive
