Responsibilities
  • Execute precise accounting entries using Xero accounting software to maintain accurate financial records
  • Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations across multiple accounts handling both USD and GBP currencies
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure smooth cash flow operations
  • Review and process invoices efficiently through the HubDoc system
  • Conduct professional email communications to follow up on outstanding client payments and debt collection
  • Handle weekly back payment processing and associated invoice reviews
  • Process accruals and prepayments entries with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide valuable support to auditors by organizing and presenting required financial documentation
  • Manage complex multi-platform transactions including Stripe, PayPal, and various credit card processors
  • Reconcile transactions across multiple banking institutions and payment systems

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with demonstrated competency
  • Working proficiency in Xero accounting software with ability to navigate the system confidently
  • Experience managing multi-currency accounting operations and international transactions
  • Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and modern invoice management platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping
  • Strong written communication skills for effective client correspondence and debt collection activities
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during morning hours
  • Comfortable working with multiple payment platforms and banking systems simultaneously
