Sales Executive, ePayments

What does a successful Sales Executive, ePayments do? At Fiserv, a successful Sales Executive in the ePayments business group is a high-performing self-starter who partners with Account Executives and Relationship Managers to meet customer strategic goals. This role is interesting and dynamic, involving new product development and integration of new capabilities. The Sales Executive solves problems and thinks strategically with clients, supports client relationships, drives resolution to internal and external issues, provides industry best practices, and supports the sales cycle and implementation of add-on products and services.

What you will do:

  • Proactively manage the operational requirements of the ePayments client base, ensuring quality delivery and maintenance support.
  • Conduct, establish, and plan a functional vision for assignments with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision.
  • Manage the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Develop operational relationships with client base, contributing to client satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Deliver the value proposition and build relationships at all levels of the client organization, collaborating with the Account Executive on account planning.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide oversight for research, definition, writing, and testing of specific client requests.
  • Prepare and deliver operational account reviews and performance reporting related to delivery of services, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Participate in implementations and ensure ongoing services are delivered on time and meet client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and participate in client meetings regarding performance to ensure client satisfaction.

What you will need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in customer support roles.
  • 6+ years of experience selling into the financial services industry (Community Banks and Credit Unions).
  • 6+ years of experience in managing and delivering services to clients, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking industry and bank operations.

  • 6+ years of experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • 6+ years of experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • 6+ years of experience in preparing and delivering performance reports.
  • Proven executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Aptitude for technology and analysis tools.

Salary Range

$59,500.00-$93,100.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Minnesota. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
