Job description

👋 Who are we?

Nordhealth’s mission is to build software that improves the daily lives of healthcare professionals. We build software that empower veterinary and therapy professionals to provide the best possible care experiences to their patients. Our products are used daily by over 50,000 professionals in over 10,000 clinics and hospitals annually across 30+ countries with 17+ years of experience in healthcare and veterinary software.

We understand that talent comes from everywhere and anywhere. The greater our diversity, the better the products we deliver. That’s why we are a remote-first company, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with all ~400 employees working either remotely or from collaboration hubs. While our market presence is currently strongest in the Nordics, our customer base is rapidly growing in our other markets too, especially in Europe and North America (more at our website nordhealth.com.)

About the role

We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression.

We’re now looking for driven team-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our Southern Europe Implementation Team and help us scale our veterinary operations! Reporting directly to the Implementation Manager, your main goal is to take care of the onboarding process of new customers from start to finish. In this role, you will train and consult with our veterinary customers on the optimal use of our highly customizable software (this includes remote and in-person training), mainly in Spain and Portugal, but also international customers.

This is a unique opportunity to join our resourceful, empathetic and tenacious team! 🚀

Your key responsibilities include:
    • Deliver online and onsite training to veterinary professionals

    • You will manage implementation projects from start to finish and customize the software to the veterinary customer’s needs

    • Work closely with different members of clinics to advise on best practice Provet Cloud workflows

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders from universities to corporate accounts to build customized training and go-live strategies

    • You will manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as training a wide range of customers with different abilities

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company.

Languages play a crucial role in this position. Having native level of Spanish and Portuguese is essential to be able to deliver the best customer service in our region.

Our Implementers are high-level workflow experts who advise on how to make the clinical environment more efficient and create a better work-life balance for our veterinary professionals. Implementers manage multiple projects simultaneously and grow to become project management specialists.

In addition, we humbly request that you:

    • Bring excellent customer service mentality

    • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Possess a technical mindset and competence with a passion for training others

    • Have the aptitude to explain technical matters to non-technical people

    • Are able to learn new software quickly

    • Are a great problem solver

    • Have immaculate attention to detail and organization

    • Are willing to occasionally work in different time zones (for example the US time zones), as well as travel internationally

What’s in it for you?

At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration. Nordhealth operates in a rapidly changing healthcare field worldwide, and we are seeking colleagues who would be eager to be part of it. ðŸŒŽ

In addition, we offer:

  • The chance to work in a meaningful industry and in a fast-growing, global company on a path to changing digital healthcare

  • Competitive compensation and benefits

  • Learning and professional growth opportunities

  • Talented colleagues from around the world

If you enjoy working in a fast-growing and international environment with the possibility to make an impact, this might be the perfect job for you. Apply now! We'll fill the position as soon as we find the right person.
