About the Role

As a Manual Tester at Tagvenue, you’ll be on the front lines of our product development process - ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for thousands of users. You'll play a key role in maintaining product quality, collaborating closely with a tight-knit team of developers and our fantastic Product team.

This is a full-time opportunity that's ideal for someone eager to grow a career in software testing. You’ll gain hands-on experience across many areas of the Tagvenue platform, with plenty of room to grow as you deepen your skills in quality assurance.

What You'll Do
  • Test new features and identify bugs across multiple devices and browsers

  • Take full ownership of the quality of the features you test

  • Go beyond checking off requirements - dig deep to uncover edge cases and UX flaws

  • Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to spot and fix issues early

  • Report bugs clearly and track them through resolution

  • Learn to use testing and debugging tools to increase efficiency and precision

  • Advocate for quality and good practices within the team

  • Communicate new functionalities to our teams

What We're Looking For
  • 0-6 months of hands-on experience in manual testing within a commercial software environment

  • Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English

  • A strong desire to learn QA methodologies, tools, and best practices

  • Exceptional attention to detail, plus creative thinking to anticipate all possible user scenarios

  • Basic understanding of REST API (methods, types of responses with status codes)

  • Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Self-motivation and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
