As a GTM Enablement Manager at Dataminr, you’ll play a critical role in improving sales effectiveness and productivity across our global revenue organization. This US-based role can be remote or based out of our New York City office. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to design and deliver high-impact enablement programs that drive revenue performance and accelerate time to value.AI Innovation at Dataminr

The opportunity
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Ops leaders to define and execute our enablement strategy
Design and deliver selling skills training, product launches, and field certifications to improve sales productivity
Support our rollout of key programs, including MEDDPICC, corporate value story certification, and sales asset management
Launch and reinforce new sales tools and technologies, and enable best practices in areas like discovery, prospecting, and objection handling
Build assessment and feedback loops to measure the impact of enablement efforts and continuously optimize programs
Develop and coach frontline managers to become better leaders and deal coaches for their teams

5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or similar roles in a high-growth SaaS environment
Experience building training programs and managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb, Articulate), and sales acceleration tools like Outreach, 6Sense, or similar
Demonstrated ability to drive process, documentation, and tools adoption in a fast-paced environment
Passion for helping others succeed and a strong desire to improve the seller and manager experience

The annual base salary range for this position is $81,600 - $120,000. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity.
