As a GTM Enablement Manager at Dataminr, you’ll play a critical role in improving sales effectiveness and productivity across our global revenue organization. This US-based role can be remote or based out of our New York City office. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to design and deliver high-impact enablement programs that drive revenue performance and accelerate time to value.

The opportunity

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Ops leaders to define and execute our enablement strategy

  • Design and deliver selling skills training, product launches, and field certifications to improve sales productivity

  • Support our rollout of key programs, including MEDDPICC, corporate value story certification, and sales asset management

  • Launch and reinforce new sales tools and technologies, and enable best practices in areas like discovery, prospecting, and objection handling

  • Build assessment and feedback loops to measure the impact of enablement efforts and continuously optimize programs

  • Develop and coach frontline managers to become better leaders and deal coaches for their teams

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or similar roles in a high-growth SaaS environment

  • Experience building training programs and managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes

  • Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb, Articulate), and sales acceleration tools like Outreach, 6Sense, or similar

  • Demonstrated ability to drive process, documentation, and tools adoption in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for helping others succeed and a strong desire to improve the seller and manager experience

The annual base salary range for this position is $81,600 - $120,000. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
