About the Role:

At Socure, we’re transforming identity verification and fraud prevention through cutting-edge AI and machine learning. As a Sr. Solution Consultant, you will focus on RiskOS—Socure’s no-code identity fraud orchestration platform that enables risk and fraud teams to test, deploy, and optimize decisioning policies in real time.

In this role, you’ll work directly with forward-thinking organizations across a variety of digital industries to help them reduce fraud, streamline operations, and grow safely. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a key technical expert throughout the customer journey—from initial discovery and solution design to implementation and ongoing adoption.

Your work will directly influence how organizations protect themselves and their users, while unlocking faster, more inclusive access to digital services through the RiskOS platform.

What you’ll do:

As a Sr. Solution Consultant, you will be the primary technical point-of-contact throughout the sales cycle and implementation process. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert for RiskOS, helping organizations understand how it can support their evolving fraud and risk strategies. You'll work cross-functionally to tailor solutions, guide adoption, and translate technical capabilities into real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales to present RiskOS to prospective clients, aligning platform capabilities with customer goals

  • Guide the design and execution of Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate RiskOS’s real-time decisioning power and flexibility

  • Tailor fraud and identity workflows based on customer context, leveraging your domain expertise and Socure's extensive data assets

  • Collaborate with Product Development to influence the RiskOS roadmap based on client feedback and emerging needs

  • Support Product Marketing by contributing to thought leadership, including whitepapers, webinars, and best practice guides

  • Drive solution adoption post-sale by analyzing platform performance, optimizing configurations, and expanding use cases

  • Bridge technical and business audiences, clearly articulating how RiskOS empowers fraud, compliance, and risk teams

  • Mentor team members and provide leadership on key client-facing initiatives and projects

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients and internal stakeholders, helping maximize business outcomes through RiskOS
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, statistics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience

  • 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in customer-facing solution consulting, sales engineering, or professional services

  • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise-level software or analytics engagements

  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and customer lifecycles

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value

  • Proven ability to develop and present compelling solution narratives and technical demos

  • Familiarity with fraud and identity risk practices, decisioning systems, and/or policy orchestration platforms

  • Experience with REST APIs, databases, machine learning concepts, or similar technologies is a plus

  • Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholder needs and manage cross-functional projects

  • Comfortable with occasional travel (up to 30%) for client meetings and industry events

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary Range: $150,000–$175,000

This represents the expected salary range for this position. Final offers may vary based on geography, experience, and other factors. Socure’s compensation package includes competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and for applicable roles, commission or performance bonuses. This position is eligible for a generous sales incentive bonus.
