We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Training Specialist to lead daily group training sessions for clients of all sizes: from individual users to larger, strategic accounts. This role is instrumental in ensuring our customers gain the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed with our platform.

You will be responsible for managing, designing and executing engaging, outcome-oriented training sessions, summarizing attendance and results, and continuously refining the training experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain structured training agendas tailored to Search Atlas customer needs
  • Host daily group training sessions for customers via video call
  • Track and summarize training attendance, engagement, and outcomes
  • Identify ways to improve content delivery, interactivity, and clarity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with product updates and support trends
  • Lead training for larger strategic accounts, delivering tailored sessions that help them quickly understand the platform, apply best practices, and start seeing results.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong client-facing communication skills
    • Confident leading group training sessions, webinars, and answering live questions
    • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (e.g., Zoom, ClickUp, Lu.Ma)
    • Comfortable working remotely across time zones and aligned to CST hours
    • Organized and detail-oriented — able to track attendance, outcomes, and feedback
    • Openness to the occasional early or late session to support global customers in different timezones (This is not frequent, but flexibility helps!)
    • Bonus Points if You Have: Background in SaaS, tech startups, or fast-paced environments

      Salary & Benefits

      • $2000-$2500 USD per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
      • 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
