Job Description

Join Montu’s Organisational Development & Safety (OD&S) team as a Learning Partner, with an initial focus on doctor education. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering and supporting clinical learning experiences that build the capability and confidence of our clinical team members. While the immediate priority is doctors, this role will evolve into a central driver of broader clinical education initiatives across the business. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to cross-functional learning projects, spanning everything from mandatory training to learning that supports professional growth for all team members, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to diversify their skill set and grow their career in learning and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate clinical onboarding and learning pathways for new doctors
  • Partner with subject matter experts to tailor and deliver role-specific training
  • Support the planning and rollout of healthcare compliance and clinical learning programs
  • Manage learner groups and enrolments in the LMS, ensuring accurate records and timely access
  • Provide day-to-day support to clinicians navigating learning content or systems
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical training materials
  • Use data insights to report on progress, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate across teams (People, Clinical, IT) to align on training needs and priorities
  • Assist in managing learning projects with a focus on timelines, quality, and outcomes

Qualifications

We’re looking for a proactive, clinically experienced learning professional who can operate at pace and deliver real impact.

Essential Experience and Qualifications: 

  • A current clinical qualification and AHPRA registration 
  • Minimum 4 years of post-grad clinical experience
  • Experience in clinical education or training delivery (highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Confidence using Google Suite and learning systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication skills and a learner-first mindset
  • A passion for elevating clinical capability through engaging, accessible learning
