Recruitment Coordinator – Candidate Experience & Screening

📍 Remote | 🕐 PST or EST Hours | 💼 Full-Time

We’re hiring a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our high-volume hiring needs with a focus on candidate screening and engagement. This isn’t just about scheduling—you’ll play a hands-on role in screening applicants, communicating directly with candidates, and shaping a hiring experience that reflects our values.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct initial video or phone screens to evaluate communication and fit

  • Draft and deliver timely candidate communications, including rejections and updates

  • Move candidates efficiently through the hiring pipeline in our ATS

  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders

  • Partner with recruiters to improve candidate engagement and feedback loops

  • Keep a pulse on candidate flow and pipeline health

What You Bring
  • 1–2 years in recruiting, HR, or candidate-facing coordination roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—especially via Zoom and email

  • Comfort with screening and assessing entry- to mid-level roles

  • Familiarity with recruiting systems and collaborative tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Recruiterflow or similar)

  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple hiring tracks
