Internal Recruiter – High-Volume Staffing

📍 Remote | 🕐 PST or EST Hours | 💼 Full-Time

Hire Hangar is growing and we’re seeking a seasoned Internal Recruiter with proven success managing high-volume pipelines. This is an ideal role for someone with a staffing agency background who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance quality with speed.

You’ll be responsible for filling multiple roles across various departments, using a mix of sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship-building to keep pipelines strong and hiring on track.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Run full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments

  • Qualify, screen, and engage candidates in a fast-moving hiring environment

  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process

  • Manage and track recruitment activity using an ATS

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on goals and improve hiring workflows
