Instructional Designer - Join the Dogs Inc Online University Team!
Location: Onsite in Palmetto, FL

Our Online University supports the learning journey of students, volunteers, and pack members
across our organization. We're currently seeking a creative, versatile, and motivated Instructional
Designer to join our dynamic team and help us deliver top-tier digital training experiences that
inspire and inform.

What You'll Do
- Design engaging learning activities and content that promotes retention and real-world application.
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify goals and tailor content to meet the needs of diverse
learners-including those with unique challenges.
- Develop assessments and interactive elements that align with instructional goals.
- Build multimedia materials (videos, simulations, games, audio, etc.) that bring learning to life.
- Visualize course flow and design clean, learner-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with our Videographer and Creative Team to ensure branding and quality standards.
- Manage course assets and documentation throughout the production cycle.
- Adapt quickly to new priorities, provide fresh ideas, and support multiple projects simultaneously.

online) is required for consideration.

 

Qualifications

What You Bring
- 2+ years of instructional design experience.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong design instincts, with a sharp eye for layout and typography.
- Experience creating inclusive and adaptive learning materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Effective communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Online teaching experience is a plus.
