This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Up to 19 hrs a week during Austin, TX business hours

Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate meeting scheduling and calendar coordination to optimize productivity and client relationships
  • Manage comprehensive email communications and handle essential administrative tasks with precision
  • Coordinate sophisticated travel planning and logistics for dynamic content shoots across multiple locations
  • Organize complex travel arrangements involving multiple team members and diverse shooting locations
  • Provide high-level virtual assistant support across various business functions
  • Manage client appointments and pipeline activities using Go High Level CRM system
  • Facilitate seamless file sharing and organization across multiple collaborative platforms
  • Support operational efficiency initiatives that drive business growth


Requirements

  • Proven experience with CRM systems, with Go High Level experience highly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with modern communication tools including Slack and Gmail
  • Strong familiarity with Google Meet, Google Workspace, and cloud-based collaboration tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex administrative workflows
  • Expert-level capability in coordinating multi-faceted travel arrangements and logistics
  • Working knowledge of file sharing and collaboration platforms such as Figma
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with professional client interaction experience
  • Self-motivated individual with proven ability to work independently while managing multiple high-priority tasks
  • Detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
