What we’re looking for:

An experienced sales professional with a proven track record in selling complex cybersecurity and value-added service solutions to Tier 1 Communication Service Providers in Europe.

Experience and strong networks in one or more of our target markets—United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, or the Netherlands—are essential, particularly with key CSPs such as BT/EE, VMED O2, TIM, Fastweb/Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, and KPN.

This is a senior, individual contributor role that requires strong “hunter” instincts and the ability to manage strategic relationships across both B2B and B2B2C sales models.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead demand generation efforts and increase market awareness of Allot’s SeCaaS portfolio
  • Identify and “hunt” new SECaaS accounts among Communication Service Providers in Europe
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the region
  • Drive internal alignment across pre-sales, product, marketing, and executive teams to support deal execution and customer success
  • Deliver compelling, solution-focused presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and performance KPIs

Requirements

What you should have:

  • 8+ years of sales and account management experience selling to Communication Service Providers (CSPs) in Europe
  • A strong track record of identifying, engaging, and winning new customers in the telecom sector
  • Proven success selling complex value added services or cybersecurity, in both B2B and B2B2C models
  • In-depth knowledge of CSP organizations and the ability to influence key stakeholders across marketing, technology, and security functions
  • Consistent top-performer with a history of exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian or German is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
