Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities;
  • Diligently maintain active engagement through CRM to stay current on leads and follow-ups to increase customer interest in the product;
  • Craft a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience and unique customer service;
  • Partner with Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your sales and interpersonal skills;
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries and help the company to execute its wellness needs;
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the product;
  • Cold call target prospects to demonstrate product features and benefits;
  • Conduct “pre-call” investigative work to increase the ability to understand the customer’s current state, competition, etc.;
  • Achieve quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business;
  • Continuously source new business prospects through outbound and other activities;
  • Collect market intelligence and competitive info.

Requirements:

  • B2 English
  • Sales experience (preferable lead generation)
  • Marketing Copyright, Creative writing experience (preferable)
